I'm not sure if this is proper board or not, but I have recently picked up a board game by Fantasy Flight called Letters from Whitechapel. The game allows you to play as either Jack or the Detectives. It's a bit pricey ($60 USD), but it's still interesting. It includes a map of Whitechapel, copies of the Dear Boss, From Hell, and Saucy Jack letters, as well as the Chalk Scrawl.
I have not been able to play it yet (it's recommend 2-6 players), but I am posting to let others know in case they are interested.
