Ohh, what were some of your projects? Don't worry I won't steal any of your ideas, haha. I've had my ideas stolen before, and it's an ******* thing to do to a fellow writer.

I have. But they're not so good. Maybe because I'm my own worst critic, but yeah.

    I've made three shorts.

The first one is entitled, "Empty Rounds" and it's description is, 'With the help of her girlfriend, a young girl tries to deal with the loss of her mother at the World Trade Center tragedy and her drunk abusive father.' (17 minutes)

My second, entitled, "Emblem of Love" is, 'Based on the true story about an 11th grade student who falls in love with a girl in his class. His uncontrollable obsession for her turns in to a night mare as he falls victim to schizophrenia.' (25 minutes) This movie is also known to the people that know me as my "Cursed" movie since everything bad that could happen making a film, happened.

and my third, "Stairway to Heaven, Highway to Hell" it's description is, 'The global economy has struck the world with a fatal blow. Amongst the people it has affected is Heath Dillinger, who has just recently lost his wife to cancer. Now Heath must struggle with the struggling economy alone as he watches his life slowly crumble around him.' (13 minutes)

    Good luck, then.
Have you made other films in the past?

    Ooooh, this looks good.
    Has it been released yet?
No, it's still in the writing stages, principal photography is set for mid-March.

Can I play the young, handsome, and brilliant detective who finally gets his man....and the ladies into between? You know, kind of like a James Bond without all of the gadgets.
I would if the this little 12 minute short film was a feature, haha!

And I think that is just a great Idea.....good luck with the production.....I know how hard it can be....but your premise is sound and I'm sure plenty of the good folk of casebook would love to see the final product.
I hope so, I mean, I'm trying my hardest to make into a great little film. I mean, I'm still an amateur filmmaker, but I hope this to be great and hope to not let you guys down.

Originally, I was going to do a film about a copycat killer, but then I realized how many films and television shows have actually done this, so I scrapped the idea. Then I was going to make it about a Ripperologist who is the great great grandson of Jack the Ripper, trying to prove the identity to a bunch of other Ripperologist who don't believe him, we started filming it, but then I was unhappy with the results and decided to scrap the project. So I did more research and decided to make something about Mary Kelly instead, and here we are today, haha.

M: This, this Ripper is a threat to the crown.
JB: Don't worry, mum, I'll smite the heathen and save the day.

    Yes but can you rebound?

    Hi Cel,

    thanks!
True, I've got a red Cadillac... and a black moustache.
    As in Warren Smith's song.

But with my usual vacant expression, I'd make a unforgettable Fleming.

    Amitiés ma chère,
    David

Charming, you are, but I insist that Blotchy have a carroty mustache, which I don't think you have. Now, Prater? Has possibilities.

Besides, everyone knows DarkTales is really Johnny Depp. (Just kidding, DTP!)

    Hi DT,

I'm a newbie here so I don't think I can accept your thanks, but I feel at home here too after just a couple of months of posting.

"a modernization of the final hours of Mary Jane Kelly. No not a copycat killer, a modernization."

And I think that is just a great Idea.....good luck with the production.....I know how hard it can be....but your premise is sound and I'm sure plenty of the good folk of casebook would love to see the final product.
