    Logically, since it's in her room, it must be Mary Jane's diary.

    "Dear Diary,

    Was murdered today. Not fun at all, and no idea how long it will take to clean up the mess in here and pull myself together. Didn't catch the bloke's name, but he had a lot of Astrakhan about his clothes and a big gold chain with a red stone on it. Couldn't say who he was but he clearly wasn't Royalty, or from Liverpool."

    Cheers,
    B.

    Like everything else in that room - it obviously went unnoticed.

    After watching the Stevey's original photo again, I am wondering about the following thing;

    Who was "Sir Jim Waz"? If it's the Ripper's diary, it was him...

    All the best

    It could have been G.F. Abberline's!

    Hello Stevey!

    So, that tells it all;

    Sir Jim (Someone) was the Ripper, Mary Kelly's real name was F.M.May and Maybrick brought his diary there to misslead investigators.

    Damn you, we don't need these websites anymore!

    All the best

    I have studied the crime scene photo since 2004, but can you tell me where the following objects are;

    1. The sink?

    2. The bed?

    3. The table?

    Maybe I've missed something with the photo...

    there were reports of a bed, though i think its part of the romanticising of the killings/bad photo/{insert other generic excuse here}.

    latest photographic evidence of the dorset street murder scene

    in the interests of the investigation, and this controversy, i thought it necessary to produce a detailed and highly technical analysis of the photograph, highlighting all the relevant data it shows us. using the specialist software tools provided by microsoft paint, and the finest human neuro-powered ocular image analysers, i have come up with the following, showing just how much detail has seemingly been missed before, by even the most astute scholars of the case:
