Hi all,
I'm pulling together my book research and can't seem to find the name of the deputy at 18 Thrawl Street who told police about Polly talking of her "jolly bonnet". I know it appears in Inspector Helson's report dated 07/09/1888, but there is no provenance for it.
Is the identity of that person known at all or whoever it was that gave this information?
