After reading Tom Wescott's book, The Bank Holiday Murders, I am convinced that the Smith and Tabram murders are connected somehow

    But other than that I believe the Whitechapel Murder had at least 5 murders to his name. Those being;

    Nichols
    Chapman
    Stride
    Eddowes
    Kelly

I'm more conventional, I'm afraid. I'm not a believer as far as Smith or McKenzie is concerned, and I go backwards and forwards on Tabram, so--

    Nichols
    Chapman
    Stride
    Eddowes
Kelly. And a maybe for Tabram.

    Only five.

    That's more than enough.

I'll take a stab at it with 7:

    Smith
    Nichols
    Chapman
    Stride
    Eddowes
    Kelly
    McKenzie

    Tabram
    Nichols
    Chapman
    Stride
    Eddows
    Kelly
And Ellen Bury as I believe William Henry Bury was Jack the Ripper.
