On December 28, 1881 through January 4, 1882 she is treated at the Whitechapel Infirmary for bronchitis. From the Infirmary she moves directly into the Whitechapel Workhouse.
Below is a copy of the original entry. As she was born in in 1843, in 1881 Stride would have been 38 years of age, but her age in the admission register is given as 48. Also note that her religion is given as Roman Catholic
