I have no issues with 'the Ripper' being a businessman or a toff. I doubt that Herlock does either; as long as I can remember, he's leaned towards a certain Oxford graduate and barrister, and that qualifies as a 'toff.'

I think we have some genuine concerns regarding the ability of the vast majority of posters on the Casebook to know what the **** they're talking about where the Maybrick scrapbook is concerned. I wouldn't trust them to organise a piss-up in a brewery never mind pass comment on the solution to the whole effing debate.

Obviously, we'll rephrase it in legalese for the courtroom.
