You can definitely draw buildings Christian. Like anything, portraits are just practice. I find them easier but we’re all different. I’ve drawn a very few animals but I had a friend who wasn’t very good at portraits or buildings but he was brilliant at them. Especially birds.

Just out of interest, why 1938?
Wasn't it Durward Street at that time?

Chose 1938 because the street was relatively unchanged the cottage was destroyed in World War Two
