    links and options

Once humyo has generated a link, it will not generate another. I strongly recommend users that are having trouble try again, perhaps with another machine. Dave

    Thanks, proto.

The direct link to "hand-i streets" seems to work. However, the only files at your root folder seem to be that one and s-streets, the rest seem no longer to be there. (I never saw any of the a-e there, tho)

Also, I see no com (nor street names) section - are they supposed to be folders like the kmz one?

Unfortunately I've used other file storage services (rapidshare, yousendit, megaupload) etc, so I can't advise you on humyo. It seems to be a quirky sonofagun, tho..
Hopefully it can be sorted out (or worked around)

No problem Chris. The community has given to me, it is my turn to give back. Glad they are helpful. Dave

    a-e

I just checked my humyo account and a-e is present in both the com section and the street names. Please advise. Dave

    a-e

As soon as I get settled in (tonight). I did not realize a-e were missing, but I have them and will load them tonight. I will give a heads up post here. Sorry for the delay. Dave

    Protohistorian,

I hope you don't mind me asking whether you're planning to upload the remaining directory scans (A-E).

I understand that there's some work involved etc, so I don't expect you to but you're more than welcome to do so, cos I for one find these interesting

I noticed H is incomplete (begins at "hand-"), so that Hanbury St isn't included.

    Thanks once again,

    /jake

If you download and install google earth (yes it is free),and then download the kmz and click on the file, it will self install. Be sure to check the folders on the left side of the screen, if there is a + mark next to them they can be expanded to reveal the contents. It is as simple as putting a check mark in the box next to the item to turn that item on or off. Dave

    kmz folder

I have created a KMZ only folder for those looking for google earth files of places. I will work on expanding this folder as time permits. I have also created a folder in the kmz folder that can be used to deposit kmz folders from others i hope. The depositing aspect is being investigated now. Happy plotting. Dave

I think what you have is a 14-day trial of the Premium Account. But they also offer a permanent free account that will still allow you to download other people's files (and store up to 5 GB of your own).
