I added the total stab wounds of tabrams report by Killien. It states 21 stabs not 39.

Does anyone know the locations of the other 18 stab wounds?

Killeen is incomplete in the inquest reports, mentionning only the torso organs (+ the cut in the "lower part" and the sternum).
An article of the Daily News (10 August) mentions 9 stabs, I think, in the lower part.

And Swanson in one report wrote that the throat, the body and the "private parts" had been the target.

If the Daily News is correct, there must be 8 stabs in the throat.

I disagree. The fact that the victims couldn't scream loudly, nor resist long, is important.
Ada Wilson has been saved by her screams.
After that, no Whitechapel victim got the chance to shout loudly enough.
