Stabbing murders and attacks?

Hello my son and I are doing a project and we wanted to document other murders other than the main ripper killings and we wanted to write about any undetected cut throat / stabbing murders which occured in London between the Annie Mckenzie killing in 1889 and the frances coles killing in 1891, especially ones in 1890. Can any give me details of any unsolved knife killings that occured?
