Can anyone point me in the direction of Thomas bulling where I can learn more about him? I've read Westcotts dissertation on him and in it he mentions that Stewart Evans was in the process of doing extensive research on him. Was this work published on here? If anyone can point me to it or any other more info on bulling I would greatly appreciate it!
