(I tried to salvage this thread, but it seems to be mostly missing, so here's at least the original post so you can save the date.)
2008 American Conference on Jack the Ripper
Dan Norder and I are pleased to announce that a date has been set for a 2008 conference. The event will be held on the weekend of October 10-12 in Knoxville, Tennessee.
Several speakers have already been lined up with more being confirmed, and all the usual type of conference events (plus some surprises) are in store.
October is a beautiful time to be in this part of the country, in the foothills of the Great Smoky Mountains when the leaves are at their most spectacular.
Please reserve the date, and we'll be making more official announcements as we go.
