Mike, if you disappear from the boards for a couple of weeks, we'll know why...your wife read that post!

Suzi, your 'cycle for two' comment was hilarious.

    Yours truly,

"Menstrual fetish (also referred to as Red Wings), is a related fetish which focuses on menstruating women, either having their periods without blocking the flow of blood, or even focusing on used tampons. Some enjoy performing cunnilingus on their menstruating partners. The same can be said for the female; the genital area is often more arousable during menstruation and orgasms can be more intense"

    EEEEWWWW!!!!!!

As I say it may just be me. But being as in love as I am with my other half (Sorry I feel quite sick myself) I tend to notice even the slightest change.

My main attempt was just to signify that if I can notice when it's time then for sure she can.

Even as a man I can vouch that there are ways even I can tell with the other half.

Not meaning to come across in any derogatory way and it may just be me. Not just the changes in mood that are synonymous with mensturation. I can notice a change in body odour. I am not saying the wife smells terrible but there is a significant change to her standard odour.

So I presume if I can tell then a woman (even in 1888) would be able to.

That being the case, Debs, I'd be interested to know whether you feel 'Bible John' selected his three victims because all three were menstruating at the time, or whether he just got unlucky with his choice of victim.

Ok then, but why not just come out with it in the first place AP?
male knowledge and attitude in this subject, relating to Jack is interesting, but all I am reading is you posting cases where the docs are using menstruation as a defence for women committing violent crime, not as a reason for men to use this as a trigger for violence against women.

"Supressed mensturation"!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!??? Blimey! wish I'd known how to do that over the years!!!!!......Come On!...There's not a great deal a girl/or even an unfortunate can do about that one!!!

Tell me how it's done- and I'll cut you in on my millions*

    * Well apart from taking the pill time after time ...that don't count!

JS allegedly the olfactory senses with males do come into play on this one

To be the wolf among the flock *cough*:
How would Jack know these women were menstruating? It's not like he is some animal that might know it by smell.
The scenario to make that work would be that Jack is a regular customer that only kills when his lust coincides with the period of the prostitue he happens to come across that evening. Does that seem plausible with the streak?
