Except for Romford. Possibly. I have no proof that its real either; so they might all be inventions.
That's it, isin't it?
Oh wait - what about Grooms? They must be real. They appear on wedding cakes. And on wedding certificates too.
Darn it. Thought I had something there.

Unfortunately that leaves out "Juwes", "Romford", and "Jewish Appearance"...hmm... I can't help wondering if all roads somehow lead back to George Hutchinson?

Good Job! Your prize is an Astrakan coat and a free years subscription to Arbeiter Fraint.
The solution to the puzzle is thus:
George Hutchinson was a one time groom who worked for a rich jewish man tending his horses in Romford. He was fired from this job by said man which is why he was out of work and which was the trigger that set him off on his murderous spree- which included his letter that used the term double event, a horse racing term, to describe the night of the murder of two of his victims. Hoping to direct blame away from himself and coupled with his anger at his former boss and the multiple gentleman who disturbed him that night he penned the grafitto in Goulston street which included the word "Juwes". Later, after the murder of Mary Kelly, he continued with this strategy of blaming jews by inventing a rich looking suspect of "jewish appearance", modeled on former said boss and horse owner, who was also wearing a horseshoe pin.

I've always wanted an Astrakhan coat! Size 'Ladies Small', please.
Now I'm going shopping for a pair of dark spats with light buttons and a massive gold chain.
Cheers,
