It's about Charles Le Grand mate, nice work. It appeared in the Daily News (London, England), Saturday, November 21, 1891, and Le Grand was labled "The King of the Blackmailers"

It was a ploy and it seems to have worked. I was joking with you. Look at the words in parentheses. LeGrand is interesting. Tom Wescott on this site is the guy to see about him.
