For about a week there was a snarl at the server that was preventing mail that's generated from Casebook from being sent. This would have included links such as:
Report Posts
Contact Us
Inquiries
If you Reported a Post or attempted to use any link to contact Admin on the site (other than PM which would have worked) your contact would NOT have reached Admin.
If you are waiting for some action to be taken or response to any inquiry sent via a contact link, once again, it DID NOT reach Admin.
The issue has been rectified and you can re-submit any prior attempted contacts.
