Update to Major Rules and Infraction Policy

Please be advised that we have made Major changes to both the Major Rules and the Infraction Policy. Currently, we have highlighted these changes with blue text to differentiate the amendments from the unchanged text. We will change the color back to black once sufficient time has passed that all have had a chance to familiarize themselves with the new rules.

We remind all posters that YOU are the most important factor to keeping the boards running smoothly. Use the Report Post button, when an issue first arises, to keep it from becoming a more serious issue.
