        In case anyone is interested. The second article, the one on the Carrie Brown murder, is from the New York Times, Saturday, 25 April, 1891 (page 5).

            Bla - very difficult to find a thread that would suit this.

            Just found it on eBay. It's from The Sphere of 6th October 1888.
