The Blue Anchor Inn?

I'm booking a holiday to Florida and have ordered some brochures. In one it mentions a pub named the Blue Anchor Inn situated in Delray Bay. It says in the brochure that the pub was in London originally and was then taken apart, taken to Delray Bay and then re-esembled. It says that Liz Stride and Catherine Eddowes drank here on the night they were killed and that they haunt it. Any info on this pub? It was on Chancery Lane. Not sure Ive heard of this one.

The pub also has a website - http://www.theblueanchor.com/ - they make the same similar claims.
