They took him off life support, but he lingered a bit. (Some news sources mistakenly announced his death too early).

He has passed away now, Gut.

Only Jeff Lynne and His Bobness (as he gets called in music magazines) left of the Wilbury's now.
He made some great music over the years.

I liked Tom Petty. Wasn't a huge fan of everything he did, but I liked a few of his songs a lot.
