Default Casebook CD

Whatever happened to the Casebook CD/ DVD that had all of the posts from the message board, et cetera?

Archived CD/DVD's were available going right back to the late 90's.
Good question, I wonder what happened to them.

I've got one, but it's so old it doesn't work on modern computers.

I corresponded with Stephen Ryder a little about these years ago.
I never got one myself. But IIRC he described it as a bunch of html pages with a menu to guide the user to the html pages. I think he said the menu used Flash.
I'm not certain but if you browse the contents of the disc you might see a load of .html files and they should be readable in modern browsers.
