Default Highgate Penitentary

Interesting article in this week's Hampstead and Highgate Express on the fallen girls in Highgate, housed in The London Diocesan Penitentiary a refuge. The youngest was 12. The article is page 28, available on digital edition of paper.

I wrote and researched it with a friend

www.hamhigh.co.uk The new paper comes out tomorrow but type in the Highgate Penitentiary its still there.
