    Yes, that is the title Paul thought up. It's quite witty, but also something of an "inside" joke. The members of a non-Ripper self publishing Yahoo group to which I belong were bewildered by the quote and suggested changing one or two words of it.

    With regards Kindle, yes indeed it's open to anyone at no financial cost until you sell a copy, then Amazon takes a fat share for hosting it. I have a dog book on Kindle and it's only sold three copies, compared with hundreds in paperback. But I shall stick George on it, because it will save USA readers the shipping, leastways!
