Default 39 cutler street

Hi,
Many of you will be aware that I place significance on the number 39, and many of you will mention the word numerology, when replying to any coincidence in a number.
The letter dated the 21st November 1888, is the only one that I have come across that is actually addressed to Abberline, it also curiously mentions that he had to use the blood of kelly in writing it, because Long liz's blood had gone dry.
Question .. Why not the blood of Eddowes?
Was the writer not claiming responsibility for her death?
Or did he indeed take some blood from Stride, and that was not a priority when he had a second opportunety for mutilation when accosting kate.
I am not suggesting that Jack The Ripper resided there, but as its the only correspondence sent directly to Abberline, and just 9days before he had interviewed a man who lived at another rather intresting 39[ Victoria home] that being one George Hutchinson, I find it somewhat coincidental.
How many houses in commecial street.?
How many houses in Cutler street?
Yet both 39s have involvement with Abberline.
Regards Richard.
