  • Doctor Jekyll And Sister Hyde

This is a treasure from Hammer with Ralph Bates that blends the Jekyll And Hyde and Ripper themes. Definetly worth a look

      I totally agree.
      It's my favourite Hammer film.

Fantastic performances by Ralph Bates and Martine Beswick, who actually do look incredibly similar, and a brilliant, ingenious script from Brian (Avengers) Clemens.

And not only does it weave Jack the Ripper with Jekyll and Hyde, but Burke and Hare pop up too, if you remember.

I didn't know Brian Clemens wrote the script. No wonder it's so good.

          Vincent Price =Pure Bliss

Now imagine Vincent Price performing a Poe short story

Those Amicus 'portmanteau' horror movies are among my favourites.

Anybody remember 'Vault Of Horror', where Daniel Massey stumbles on a town of vampires and ends up hanging upside down with a TAP in his neck!!!
