hi, i'm doing my GCSE c/w on JtR.
the essay Q is 'were the police responsible for not capturing Jack the Ripper?'
but the thing is my teacher told me to research the police officials and their link to the case.
thing is, i haven't got anything on what Thomas Arnold did.
if he didn't do much, let me know and i'll try and scrounge around for scrap bits, but if he did do something and you know he did, let me know.
