Police reinforcements (reserve officers).....

Would be interesting to know whether the police reinforcements sent to H Division from other Divisions, where reserve officers or a mixture of both beat and reserve officers?

Also how many of the officers sent had served in H Division previously, so had an element of local knowledge?

Further to this concept, would be also interesting to know how many Sgt's were sent to H Division from other Divisions and whether these were reserve or beat Sgt's or again a mixture of both and how many of these had previously served in H Division?
