Hello. Has anyone checked the lovely photograph of PC Harvey in Ripperologist #110? Congratulations to Rob and Neil for spotting it and Stewart Evans for providing it.

Can anyone tell me why it seems that (with only one exception) Harvey seems to have a couple more decorations than his peers? Something meritorious perhaps?

Hi Lynn,

It was actually Stewart Evans and Donald Rumbelow who spotted PC Harvey and used the photo in there book 'Jack the Ripper: Scotland Yard Investigates" Me and Neil spotted PC Hutt.
