request: is there anywhere i can download old tv docs

hi i have had a interest in jack the ripper since i was a child i have many books on the subject and quite a few documentaries but would be interested to know if anyone has or knows where i can get tvrips of documentaries such as the one that was on channel 5 the other month the definitive story of jack the ripper i think it was called.

failing that any docs would be appreciated

There are always documentaries on Youtube.com. Just search "Jack the Ripper" and you'll get many documentaries, as well as music videos, tv episodes, and virtually anything featuring "Jack" or "Ripper" or any such thing.
Another web site you might try is www.veoh.com which has many documentaries, and if you download their video player you can download the documentaries as well.
