Can anyone explain why Joseph Issacs was dismissed as Jack ?

He was in jail during the Mary Kelly murder so if one believes her to be a victim, then it rules him out. The jail report is courtesy of Wickerman.

Apparently of all the instruments he collected, he couldn't play any of them.

And if you don’t believe her to be a victim, the Astrakhan coat means nothing.
