Has anybody else spotted the new story on the Sun website:

    http://www.thesun.co.uk/sol/homepage...he-Ripper.html

Leaving aside the typical Sun "highlights" it makes an interesting tale....

      Hi,

      This isn't that new.

Its is an article which was released in conjunction with the release on the Yesterday Channels documentary Find my past.

Stewart Evans, Neal Shelden, Philip Hutchinson, Catherine Coulthard and Don Rumbelow were involved and, incidently, it had the first tv showing of the Hutt photograph which Rob and I identified.

Its not a bad little documentary.

                not that one

Hello Debs. Thanks for reminding me. I believe your research showed that Nielson was NOT one of his names?

                Cheers.

Hi Lynn, I just showed that a jury decided Nielson was not one of Le Grand's surnames and thought it was worth discussing the possibility he wasn't too.
The Nielson in this case was related to Hutt? Was he?

Hello Debs. Do we have a list of all his aliases?

                    Cheers.

Not on me. Lynn. But one could be rustled up if needed.

Have got them on me Lynn, and can email them to you if you want me to.
Will be also looking into Danish diplomats stationed in London and Paris with similar sounding names to Nielsen (or not) or with sons born on a fitting year, only need to heal from a resistant bad cold thing first plus get done with some serious/delicate pending matters pertaining to my real job. In due time will consult both you and Debs' opinion/expertise.
And sorry for highjacking the thread, but I'm beat and feverish, and retreating for the night in front of the DVD player (with some cool new, still unbroken DVDs). :-)
                        Best regards,
                        Maria

Here's the trailer for the Eddowes episode of Find My Past:

Enjoy the videos and music you love, upload original content, and share it all with friends, family, and the world on YouTube.

                          All those familiar faces!

Does anybody know where I can watch the whole thing?

And I really want that 'Yesterday' channel, it looks fabulous!
Does anybody know if it's available in the U.S. on satellite TV?

                          Thanks,
                          Archaic
