I'd say Annie Millwood was the most likely. Her attack resembled Martha Tabrams, so it's possible, they were attacked by the same person. So if this theory holds up, and Tabram was a ripper victim, then it's likely Millwood was too. As for Wilson, although it's possible she was attacked by the ripper, I'm sure she didn't die from her injuries. So thus, if she was attacked by ripper, it would have been an attemptive murder, not a murder.
